Friday before ride put up canopy (Phil & I have done this in the past, we would love to teach some one else how to put it up.)
pick up cell phones (Thurs.) -- Trudy

Saturday night or early Sunday morning
Put up sign and arrows (LaVern Rice has done this in the past)
Put up banner for registration

Day of Ride
Registration area
registration table (3) one person needs to stay until 3:00
Century 7am - 12 Noon
Meal 7am - 3pm
sign waiver
pre-registration

FS1: 7:00-1:00 In the past Jan has done this food stop
FS2: 8:00-4:00 (LaVern and Linda Rice did this last year) we'll need to see if they will do it this year
FS3: 8:30-5:00 Doug is responsible for this one
FR: 8:00-5:00

Remember, the ones for the day can be done in shifts as long as we
commitments for all areas.
